With a background in manufacturing engineering, operations, and regulated environments, Charlie brings a systems-driven mindset to complex implementation efforts — from enterprise resource planning to maintenance optimization and analytics integration.
Before joining Cogleus, Charlie held roles of increasing responsibility at global companies including Amgen, John Deere, Stryker, and Kimberly-Clark. He has managed large-scale process improvement projects, led cross-functional engineering teams, and developed scalable maintenance and production systems. His experience spans R&D, test validation, and plant operations — making him uniquely qualified to lead implementations that demand both strategic coordination and technical rigor.
Charlie’s leadership style is collaborative, outcomes-focused, and deeply client-centered. At Cogleus, he acts as a trusted delivery partner — translating client vision into execution roadmaps and ensuring every initiative delivers measurable business value.
Charlie earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez. He is passionate about operational excellence, client enablement, and mentoring diverse next-generation talent in STEM and consulting.
