Workday Integrations Consultant

About the role

You will design, build and support Workday integrations on implementations and for clients whose tenants are already live, and own them until they run without anyone watching. See how we deliver Workday System Integrations.

What you will do

  • Design integrations with payroll providers, banks, benefits carriers, ERPs and internal applications.
  • Build EIBs, Core Connectors, Document Transformation and Workday Studio integrations.
  • Work with Workday web services (SOAP and REST) and RaaS.
  • Test with third-party vendors, including file formats, schedules and error handling.
  • Support integrations after go-live and fix failures at the root.

What you bring

  • Three or more years of building Workday integrations.
  • A current Workday Integrations certification.
  • Hands-on Workday Studio, XSLT and web services.
  • Clear documentation habits.

Nice to have

  • Workday Extend or Orchestrate.
  • Integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft or Google Cloud Apigee.
  • Payroll or banking file formats (for example NACHA or ISO 20022).

  • Direct client work. You work with the client’s finance, HR and IT teams yourself, with no layers of account managers in between.
  • Small, senior teams. The consultants who scope the work deliver it, with a senior Cogleus lead on every engagement.
  • Remote across the United States. If an engagement needs time on site, we tell you before you start.
  • Room to grow. Our projects span Workday, Oracle EPM and ERP, and Google Cloud, so your work doesn’t have to stop at one module.
